Scope
Clipper Greygoose is a personal desktop application built and used by its sole owner, Grégory Flohr. It is not offered to the public, has no sign-up, no accounts, and no other users. These terms describe how the application behaves; there is no service being sold or provided to anyone else.
What the application does
It cuts publicly available YouTube videos into short vertical clips, and posts them to the owner's own TikTok account after he explicitly confirms each one. It runs entirely on the owner's own computer.
Use of TikTok
The application uses TikTok's Login Kit and Content Posting API within the scopes granted to it, and only against the owner's own account. It does not access, manage, or post to any other person's TikTok account. Use of TikTok's platform remains subject to TikTok's own Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.
Every publication requires an explicit confirmation from the owner on a consent screen that shows the target account, a preview of the clip, the title, and the privacy setting. Nothing is posted without that step.
Source material and copyright
Source videos are public YouTube content. The owner is responsible for the clips he chooses to publish and for respecting the rights of the original creators and rights holders. Where a rights holder objects to a clip, the clip is removed.

No warranty
The application is provided as-is, for the owner's personal use, with no warranty of any kind. Since it has no users other than its owner, it makes no availability or fitness commitment to anyone.

These terms may be updated as the application changes. The date at the top of this page reflects the current version.
